Over the years we have found that it is much better for our customers to offer turn-key housing.  Thus, solving many of the problems associated with buying a home from a dealership and overwhelming you the customer, with a stressful project that can turn the home of your dreams into an expensive nightmare.

 In addition we are general contractors, with heavy equipment for preparing the site, and a crane to set houses on foundations, either crawl space or basement.  Very little of our projects are sub-contracted thus keeping the project moving forward in a timely manner.
